Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to Dossiers purchased from the Foundry Exchange and is incorporated into the
Terms of Sale.
- Digital goods — non-refundable once accessed. Because Dossiers are digital products delivered immediately/asynchronously by email, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered or accessed. By purchasing you consent to immediate fulfillment and waive any statutory cooling-off/withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
- Non-delivery or technical failure. If you do not receive your Dossier within [24 hours] and it is not in spam/quarantine, contact research@omnirayn.com with your checkout email. If we confirm non-delivery and cannot re-deliver, we issue a full refund.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with content. Each Dossier is clearly described as a computational hypothesis pending wet-lab validation; dissatisfaction with predictive content is not grounds for a refund.
- How to request. Email research@omnirayn.com. Eligible refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within [5-10] business days.
