Every listing is research intelligence — ranked, filtered hypotheses, not validated cures. No disease or efficacy claims. Listings carry a validation-state badge so the trust line is never blurred.

How it works

The engine is the supply. Curation is what you pay to skip.

For any disease or aging gene-expression signature, the engine mines substances that selectively reverse the program, are measured-confirmed, are clinically untried, are tox-clean, and are IP-actionable — then routes each candidate to the lowest-barrier lane it qualifies for. The integrated filter is the product; the raw connectivity signal is not the moat.

  1. 1Mine the signature

    For any disease or aging gene-expression signature, score real LINCS L1000 compounds by measured, cytotox-corrected selective reversal of the program.

  2. 2Filter & classify

    Hard tox gate (Brenk/PAINS/NIH + cytotox + carcinogen blocklist), trial-whitespace cross-check against ClinicalTrials.gov, and IP-class triage — classify, never silently filter.

  3. 3Generate & gate

    For IP-open tool-compound scaffolds, a seed-anchored loop generates novel tox-clean analogs. Provisional filed first; the structure stays behind NDA. Everything carries its validation state.

Novel tox-clean analogs with a provisional filed → exclusive or non-exclusive license. The ownable tier. Structure disclosed only under NDA — never in a public listing.

Custom screens

Bring your own signature or target; the engine returns a bespoke whitespace map. Background IP stays Foundry's; any foreground novel composition is negotiated up front, never silent.

The guardrail

Every listing is tiered by validation state. We never blur them.

A marketplace that sells unvalidated candidates as if validated burns buyers and collapses on its only real asset — trust. So the validation state rides on every listing, in the data model and on every card.

Hypothesis

Computational transcriptomic prediction, pending wet-lab. The engine's default output — valuable, cheap, broad.

In-vitro validated

Mechanism-level signal confirmed in an assay panel. Not an efficacy or disease endpoint. (Validation layer is a staged build.)

What a subscription conveys — and what it never does.

  • Intelligence is licensed access, not an asset transfer. Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive use-license (internal R&D; no redistribution; no model reverse-engineering). No compound IP is conveyed — listed known compounds are third-party and we do not claim to own them.
  • Novel structures are NDA-gated, always. For engine-generated analogs we file a provisional first to secure the priority date, then list only a teaser (mechanism, profile, validation state). The structure is disclosed solely under NDA + an option/license — public disclosure of a novel structure destroys patentability. This is the cardinal rule the marketplace enforces.
  • Background vs. foreground IP is always separated. Background (engine, models, methods, curated database) is always Foundry's and never sold. Foreground (what a license conveys) is negotiated up front — Foundry-owned + licensed, or co-owned — never silent.
  • You own development and claims decisions. Subscribers are responsible for their own freedom-to-operate. For supplements, structure-function claims with substantiation only — never treat/cure/disease. For drugs, the wet-lab + regulatory path is the buyer's.
