- ▪Novel structures are NDA-gated, always. For engine-generated analogs we file a provisional first to secure the priority date, then list only a teaser (mechanism, profile, validation state). The structure is disclosed solely under NDA + an option/license — public disclosure of a novel structure destroys patentability. This is the cardinal rule the marketplace enforces.
